- Between BC 4.52 and VC 4.0, probably VC since it has more support for Win95
- controls and a much better editing/debugging environment (BC 4.52 only
- supports debugging Win16 apps within the IDE).

- I use VC 4 exclusively now, but I miss OWL since MFC almost forces you to use
- Doc/View instead of having the flexibility to design your app anyway you

- Of course you can use MFC without Doc/View, but its a royal pain working

- it. For most apps this isn't a problem and MFC/Doc View probably makes it
- easier
- but there are always cases where its not feasible IMO.
